Sinhgad Management Institutes (SMI) have partnered with Bloomberg and established a dedicated terminal, which helps students with hands-on knowledge of markets and finance and also improvises the teaching-learning process.
Concurrently, it runs an offsite internship programme called Bloomberg Championship Programme, which includes certifications and other metrics based incentives for students. At Sinhgad Institutes, the need was identified to start an innovative “Student Training Program” that would help the students to build a personality equipped with exquisite technical and non-technical skills. With this in mind a state of the art Student Training Program is being implemented.
The Research carried out by the students under the guidance of eminent Faculty, is published in Research Journals called ‘Explore’ & ‘Construct’.
The Research Ph.D. section publishes an International Research Journal Titled ISBR which is open to Research Scholars at large. Several Conferences and Symposiums have been hosted by the Research Department, for learning through sharing. It also conducts regular Training Programmes for Researchers. It is committed to continued excellence in Researching Issues.
Sinhgad Student Council is a perfect blend of a plethora of clubs that provide a platform to the students to build competency to face the newer challenges of today’s globalized world.
The Sinhgad Students Council (SSC) constitutes of 13 main clubs & 33 sub clubs. The 13 main clubs are: Alumni, Architecture, Cultural, Dental, Engineering, Foreign Student, Management, Placement, Research, Science, Student welfare, Sports, Social Media and PR.
