1. Objectives:-
This event is designed to provide students with the technical skills needed to design in Auto-Cad/ CADIAN software for a variety of disciplines, including Architectural, Engineering and other specialized areas of the designing and drafting profession. Cad drafting is a primary need for any Technical Designing areas like Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Production Engineering. The students having not only knowledge but also speedy designing and drafting skill over Auto-Cad or CADIAN Architecture are always having excellent opportunities in engineering companies.
This event is designed specially to enhance interest and skill of students in Cad Designing and just to provide them a platform for there future flight in the design area. So get ready with commands to command the world of design !!!

2. The Competition:-
In this competition the participant will be provided with a printout of ready made design on A3 size sheet. The participants are expected to design the same design using Auto-Cad/CADIAN Architecture in the minimum possible time. The participant is allowed to use all suitable commands and short-cuts for the designing. The participant completing the design in minimum time will be declared winner for the competition, provided the design is made to all precision measurements and mentioned scale.

3. Adjustments:-
a) The institute will appoint the judges.
b) Decision of the judges regarding acceptability of designs for evaluation of the merit shall be final.
