CIRCUIT  DESIGNING

For this event there will be two levels as follows.
1. Level 1-(FE-SE)
2. Level 2-(TE-BE)
Entry fee:  50/- Rs (per group).

 Procedure:
               There will be two rounds for each group.

  Elimination Round

• Participants have to appear for  MCQs
• All papers will be checked immediately and result will be declared at 5pm.
• Results also will be conveyed by SMS to selected groups only.
• Top 10 groups will be selected for final round.        --Time[1 Hour]
• Final round:
• Selected groups will be given a problem statement for circuit designing.
• There will be separate problem statements for each level as per following format-
• Level 1-(FE-SE) -    Only one implementation based problem statement (on bread board).

--Time [3 HRs].

• Level 2-(TE-BE) -   Two problem statements
• On paper design.
• Design and implementation on bread board.

                                    --Time [3 Hrs].
iii.      All designs will be checked by expert judges on respective tables.
iv.      Results will be announced within one hour.

  Rules & Regulations

1. Each group can have maximum 2 participants.
2. Certificate will be given to each participant present for elimination round.
3. Competition will start sharply on time. No extra time will be given in any circumstance.
4.  No negative marking system for elimination round.
5. In final round for level 2 (TE & BE) participants must have to solve design on paper statement within 1 & half hour strictly.
6. Required equipments & components will be provided by the organizer.
7. Answers will not be declared at all. Selected top 10 group numbers will be displayed.
8. For final round judging will  depends on –

• Final output.
• Time taken for implementation.
• Circuit simplicity.

9. Judges will not be from Sinhgad College.
10. In case of a controversy, the organizers and judges decision will be final and cannot be questioned.
11. Rules are subjected to change by committee members.

 Schedule
      Day 1st:

• On the spot registration will be available.
• No of elimination round for both levels taking place simultaneously.
• Result of elimination round.

      Day 2nd:

• Final round for level 1(FE&SE).
• Result of final round of level 1.

      Day 3rd:

• Final round for level 2(TE&BE).
• Result of final round of level 2.
• Prize Distribution.
