DOCUMENTARY/FILM MAKING

   Introduction

                              In this event, the participants have to shoot a documentary or a short film on any topic of their choice. The documentaries and the films will be judged on the basis of their choice of topic, content, creativity and innovation.

    Rules & Regulation

• The minimum no of participants per group is 1 and maximum is 3
• The registration fee per group is 100 Rs.
• Three winners will be chosen .
• Equipments Allowed: Handycam, Mobile phones, Digital camera etc.

• Softwares Allowed: Ulead, Flash, AVI edit, Windows Movie maker and other   video editing softwares.
• The minimum duration of the film should be 3 min and the maximum allowed is 12 min.
• You should make 2 CD’s of your documentary and submit it before or on 3rd march. Entries received after that will not be entertained.
• Along with the CD you should also submit a proof of authenticity of the documentary which includes the location of shoot, the equipments and the softwares used with their specification used (eg version, resolution of the camera).
• The participants should also provide a brief explanation about the purpose of their documentary.
• The results will be announced on 8th march. The decision of the judges will be binding and final.
• Participation certificates will be awarded to all the participants.
