INTRODUCTION:
In our constant Endeavour to showcase the breakthroughs in science and technology, we invite you to make posters that explore the unknown areas of Chemical Engineering, Bio-Technology and Civil Engineering. This competition is aimed at bringing down innovative ideas from the minds of budding engineers. The poster can include both textual and graphic elements and can be both hand drawn and computer generated. The poster will be judged on the basis of neatness, its technical content, effectiveness of presenting the poster and adherence to allotted presentation time.

Eligibility Criteria:
The event is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Team Size:
A poster can be presented by a maximum of two students from the same college.

The participants can also choose any innovative topic from the field of Chemical Engineering, Bio-Technology and Civil Engineering.

 

Rules:-

1. Poster size should be A1(22”X28”Inches)/A2(18”X24”inches)
2. It may include hand drawn, Animation, 3D views etc.
3. The teams shall be judged by the experts and the top two teams in each track shall be awarded.
4. The poster should be at the most of A2 size only.
5. Participants are required to submit their abstract enclosing all the details.
6. Abstract should not be more than 1000 words.
7. The only information that should appear on the first page is the title of the manuscript, registration ID of author(s), name(s) of author(s), Abstract and keywords.
8. The first page of the poster should contain following details:

# Name of College/University:            XXXX / XXXX
# Name of the Event:                            Murals

1.           The posters need not be submitted before hand, it can be brought by the participants on the event day.
2. The participants will have to present their posters at the display board provided by us on the day of the event.
3. Each team will get 2 minutes to present their poster. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
4. The organizers reserve all rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit. Change in any rule will be highlighted on the website.
5. A certificate of participation will be given to all the Participants.
6. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
