Staying physically fit and mentally refreshed is a prerequisite for every student. And the best way to make it happen is through sports. There's a Sinhgad Sports Centre, a central body, functioning to ensure the needs of sports activities of all Institutes are constantly fulfilled.

It is operated under the guidance of Sinhgad Sports Committee consisting of senior professors and students from all Institutes of STES. A large playground is ready in the campus for cricket, hockey, football, basketball and other Indian games. A separate swimming pool of international standard is also being planned. Excellent coaching facilities are also provided by hiring experts from Pune. It's this great training and facilities together with sincere efforts that has helped Sou. Venutai Chavan Polytechnic and Sinhgad Institute of Management to bring laurels to STES at various competitions.
