Dr. Sopan R. Ivare joined Sinhgad Law College Pune as an Associate Professor on March 01, 2021 and having additional charge of Principal since June 21, 2021. Previously he was working as an Associate Professor at Yashwantrao Chavan Law College, Pune for about 24 years. Dr. Sopan R. Ivare has published 11 Research Articles in various reputed journals in India. He completed Minor Research Project of UGC in July 2012 and of BCUD University of Pune in March 2014. Dr. Sopan R. Dr. Shilpa N. Gaikwad has done her LL.B. and LL.M. from R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur. She has also qualified NET examination. She was awarded Ph.D. from R.T.M. Nagpur University in the year 2012 in Constitutional Law. She has 13 years of experience in teaching as a Lecturer for LL.M and LL.B. with specialization in the subject of Constitutional Law, Business Laws, Environmental Law, Labour Laws, Taxation, Law of Crimes, Intellectual Property Rights, Administrative Law and Law of Contract. Presently, she is Co-ordinator NAAC (IQAC), Seminar/Conference/WorkshopCommittee, Guest Lecture/Elocution/Legal QuizCommittee and Debate Committee.

She has a diploma in International Human rights law, worked as a visiting faculty in the Competitive exam cell of SPPU and as a Researcher in Pune University. She has her specialization in subjects of International Law, and she teaches, Public International Law, Private International Law, International Economic Law, International Air, Space, sea law, International Humanitarian and Refugee Law, Intellectual Property Law and Labor laws. She is the Co-ordinator of Academic Committee and Social Media committee.

Mr. Kishor popatrao Raskar, Asst. professor has completed his M.A. (Eng I.) and M.Ed. (Physical Education) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He has completed his M.Ed. with Athletic as a special subject. He has qualified PET exam and also completed his Diploma in Social work from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth Pune, Diploma in School Management from Y. C. M. U. Nashik and Diploma in School Going Child Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Presently, he is a Physical Director and a member of Sinhgad Law College Student Counseling Committee (Boy's Hostel).

He is teaching Law of Contract, Law of Evidence, Criminal Procedure Code, Law of Tort etc. He is the Coordinator of Diploma in Labour Laws and Diploma in Tax Law Courses.
