Eligibility

  1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates

    1. The candidate should be an Indian National

    2. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biotechnology or Biology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45 % marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together ;

    3. Obtained Score in MHT-CET-2018.

  2. PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National

    1. The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biotechnology or Biology, and obtained at least 50 % marks in the above subjects taken together
    2. Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time.

    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National

    2. B. Pharm. Curriculum & Scheme of evaluation

There will be a minimum of one sessional examination of 30 marks conducted in each semester after minimum eight weeks of teaching from the date of commencement of that semester in each of the theory subjects during each semester.

One Sessional Examination will be conducted as per the examination scheme for each semester. Practical sessional examination of 30 marks will be based on internal assessment of practical, day to day attendance, viva and laboratory record.

Degree will be awarded to the candidates who have passed all the eight semesters. Class will be awarded on the basis of combined marks at the Semester-V to Semester VIII.

M. Pharm. Curriculum & Scheme of evaluation


The academic programme of M. Pharm. Course is of two years consisting of four semesters. Each semester is of six months duration. The first two semesters are by paper and last two semesters are by research.
Credit System has been implemented by University of Pune for M. Pharm. from the academic year 2014-2015. M. Pharm. degree is of 100 credits. Semester I & II consist of 52 credits and Semester III and IV consist of 48 credits.
The candidate for M. Pharm. course will have to give seminar in each semester.
