About STES
- Teaching and learning got a far deeper meaning when the Sinhgad
Technical Education Society (STES) was set-up in August 1993. Prof.
M. N. Navale, a great visionary and dynamic leader, laid the foundation
of a Society that went on to win the respect and admiration of students
as well as other Institutes. The high standard of education imparted
at the different Institutes in the fields of Engineering, Management,
Pharmacy, Architecture, Computer Applications and Management, has
proved to be the lifeline for many successful careers
About Sinhgad College of Engineering (SCOE) was established in
the year 1996 – 1997 offering 4 – years degree courses
in Information Technology, Computer, Electronics & Telecommunication,
Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering and Production Engineering.
All the above courses are approved by All India Council Of Technical
Education (AICTE), accredited by National Board of Accreditation
(NBA), New Delhi and affiliated to University of Pune. The Directorate
of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra State, Mumbai has awarded
“A” grade to the college.
