9. All complaints related to hostel activities
should be addressed to the Warden only.
10. Students must vacate the hostel in
48 hours after the examination is over.
11. The residents should use the furniture,
fixtures, fittings, etc. provided in each
room carefully and no damage should be caused
to these items. The loss on account of breakage
shall be recovered from the concerned student.
In case of breakage/damage of the furniture,
fitting and fixture for the items of common
use, the cost shall be recovered from all
the occupants of the room and in that case
the decision of the Warden7 Rector shall
be final.
12. The Management of the hostel will not
be responsible for any loss of money or
valuables. Students are advised not to keep
ornaments, jewellery, big amounts of money
with them.
13. Students may use cassette player, radio,
etc. if not objected to by their fellow
partners and other students.
14. Shouting, loud singing, playing and
loitering in corridors is strictly prohibited.
15. Affixing of Photos, wall-paper, indecent
posters, stickers on the walls and glass
panel is strictly prohibited.
16. Students should observe cleanliness
and keep the room clean and fresh. The toiletblocks,
basins and rooms are regularly cleaned by
the sweeper on duty. If the students find
any dirt on sanitary wares etc. they should
immediately report it to the office clerk/
warden.
17. Playing cards, use of musical instruments,
etc. is strictly prohibited. Spitting is
strictly prohibited.
