Rules Of Discipline
 
1. Any girl student who has secured admission in any of the institutions of the Society is eligible for admission to the Girls'Hostel.

2. Application for accommodation, in the prescribed form and with the recommendation of the Head of the Institution, should be submitted in the hostel office at the time of admission to the institution.

3. The Hostel admission shall be effected by the warden on the recommendation of the concerned institution and shall be confirmed on payment of the Hostel Fees. Hostel Deposit and the Mess Charges, are as under.

4. Rs.32, 350/-(for Boys & Girls Hostel)

Hostel Charges for Boys & Girls Hostel will be as under: -

a. Prospectus and Admission Forms Rs. 100.00
b. Admission Fee Rs. 250.00
c. Hostel Rent Rs. 13000.00
d. Maintenance Charges (Including electricity and water charges)
Rs. 2000.00
e. Hostel Deposit (Refundable) Rs. 5000.00
f. Mess Charges Rs. 12000.00
 
TOTAL
Rs. 32,350.00

5. Mess Charges : Yearly basis charges will be notified at the time of admission.

6. The Permission of the warden should be obtained in advance while going out of the hostel. The student will have to make entry to that effect in the register maintained at the hostel office. She must write the address of the place where she is going, alongwith contact telephone number.

7. The parents & relatives may be accommodated in the Guest Room, subject to availability on obtaining prior permission from the Warden7 Rector Head of the Institution concerned.

8. Mess is compulsory. All students, arc required to take food on the campus canteens only and avoid outside food. The Management will however ensure that hygienic and quality £ood is served in the mess and canteens.

 

9. All complaints related to hostel activities should be addressed to the Warden only.

10. Students must vacate the hostel in 48 hours after the examination is over.

11. The residents should use the furniture, fixtures, fittings, etc. provided in each room carefully and no damage should be caused to these items. The loss on account of breakage shall be recovered from the concerned student. In case of breakage/damage of the furniture, fitting and fixture for the items of common use, the cost shall be recovered from all the occupants of the room and in that case the decision of the Warden7 Rector shall be final.

12. The Management of the hostel will not be responsible for any loss of money or valuables. Students are advised not to keep ornaments, jewellery, big amounts of money with them.

13. Students may use cassette player, radio, etc. if not objected to by their fellow partners and other students.

14. Shouting, loud singing, playing and loitering in corridors is strictly prohibited.

15. Affixing of Photos, wall-paper, indecent posters, stickers on the walls and glass panel is strictly prohibited.

16. Students should observe cleanliness and keep the room clean and fresh. The toiletblocks, basins and rooms are regularly cleaned by the sweeper on duty. If the students find any dirt on sanitary wares etc. they should immediately report it to the office clerk/ warden.

17. Playing cards, use of musical instruments, etc. is strictly prohibited. Spitting is strictly prohibited.
