The control, supervision & other authorities related to admission process is carried out by Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research & Training Institute Pune & D.Ed. Admission Committee. Admission at Divisional Level will be carried out by the Deputy Director of Divisional Level.

1) The Candidate willing to take admission for the Diploma in Teacher’s Education should have minimum 45% marks in Higher Secondary Education ( i.e.12th Standard )

2) Only Candidate will be considered eligible who is residing in Maharashtra State and Passed C.B.S.E or I.C.S.E Exam in Maharashtra only. Candidates have to submit the residence proof from the concerned District Officer. The candidate will be given the proper Branch (Arts, Commerce, Science) according to the marks obtained in the marksheet.

3) Only those marks obtained in the subjects after passing the Higher Secondary Exam will be considered. The marks obtained in the isolated subject after passing the Higher Secondary Exam will not be considered.

4) The candidate completing M.C.V.C. will not be given Admission. The candidate who has selected the subject having maximum 200 marks of the vocational group and passed will be considered eligible. But if the candidate selects the subject of Vocational group having maximum marks more than 200 will not be considered as eligible.
