B.Ed. course includes different
kinds of activities like:
Workshops: workshops on various subjects in the field
of education are held in the institute to acquaint
the student teachers with advanced techniques in education
and latest theories in education.
Guest lectures: Experts in various subjects are invited
to deliver informative lectures related to the syllabus
and on various general topics too. This helps the
students to get in depth knowledge and recent developments
in respective fields.
Slide shows on various subjects are arranged with
the help of latest technologies.
Different days like Hindi Diwas, on 14th Sept., Science
Day on 28th Feb. are celebrated.
Occasionally exhibitions are organized on given topics.
Visits to educational institutes and agencies in the
field of education are organized to make the student
teacher aware of the role of NCERT, SCERT, SSC board
and so on.
Some educational activities are planned in such a
way that the student teachers get first hand experience
of organizing exhibitions, excursions, sports, fairs,
book shows and so on.
Various cultural activities like dance competitions,
singing, Dandiya Raas, cooking competition, Mehendi,
Rangoli competitions are organized to nurture the
art in the students. Annual day is celebrated every
year. Send off is given to the beloved students at
the end of the year and is celebrated fabulously with
various cultural activities.
