| D) Involvement of Staff in good governance of
institute : |

Good governance has been practiced
by the management by involving staff members in various
activities of management process/ systems. It is also
planned in future to induct students either directly or
indirectly in good governance practice. |

The institute is only 3 years old
the evaluation of staff members by the students has not
been practiced however, it is planned to initiate staff
evaluation process by students feedback system. |

| F) Grievance Redressal mechanism for Staff and
Students : |

| It is being planned to form a grievance cell for staff
and students in the SIPS, Lonavala. The constitution as
well as modus of operand is being worked out. |
