1. For twenty-five students one teacher.

2. Guardian teacher will maintain all records of students in format provided.

3. Guardian Teacher will do all the follow up regarding attendance of students under his supervision.

4. Teacher guardian will monitor academic performance of students.

5. If student remains absent for continuous three lectures, then teacher guardian will send note to all concerned teachers to stop the practical of that student.

6. Teacher guardian will send letters regarding performance and attendance to parents every month.

7. Poor performance of students should be improved by way of counseling.

8. If required teacher guardian will call the parents on phone on the basis of weekly monitoring. Direct telephone lines in the office will made available.

9. Teacher guardian will do counseling about studies.

10. Teacher guardian will try to solve the domestic problems of students.

11. In consultation with HOD, teacher guardian can give the necessary punishment to student for improvement.

12. At the end of semester teacher guardian will recommend regarding grant of term of student under his supervision.

13. At the end of semester parents should not come to Principle or Management for grant of term.
