The library
is a backbone of any legal education center. Here you
will find the library offering you a range of textbooks
recommended by the University syllabi as well of other
contributions by renowned authors, law reporters useful
for learning and teaching discourses and supportive to
research projects. |
More over you will find a number of Law Journals along with Periodicals
and Newspapers. The Library being major information resource,
the library staff is keen to help you to make the best use of
it for reading, getting references and other services. It
is our endeavor to equip the library with all the valuable collections
of law books, specially textbooks written by renowned authors,
all important law reporters like All India Reporter, Supreme
Court Cases, Criminal Law Journal, Maharashtra Law Journal,
etc.
Funding for library is on the top of our agenda
for development. To facilitate students further the facility
of photocopying is available. The professionally trained library
staff is ready to render satisfactory service to the students
and guide them. Students can avail of the home lending books
facility at the library. |

The Legal Aid Center |
| The establishment of the
Legal Aid Centre of the college aims at developing a sense of
social responsibility among the students. It provides an opportunity
to interact with and understand the problems of the common people
and help them to solve their disputes amicably through conciliation.
The center caters to public advocacy by rendering
free legal services to the needy and creating awareness about
law and obedience to law. To this end, students are invited
to perform legal literacy camps to disseminate knowledge of
basic laws and making people aware of their legal rights and
duties. Such contribution by the students is a part of Curriculum
of Practical Training Course (II paper) for 2nd year of (3 years)
LL.B. Course. The center works in association with some local
NGOs like Masum, Deep Griha Society etc.

Access to Computer |
Computer and Computer networking
has now become an integral part of any special work. The computer
center of the college provides access to wide range of local
computer applications such as work processing, spread sheet
database software etc, and facility of Internet for getting
online access to any information on relevant subject. We offer
training in the use of facilities and provide supporting documentation
to help you in enrichments of your knowledge.

The Moot Court |
The Act, Fact and Tact of
legal education are of immense significance to students entering
the legal profession. You will be trained here for mooting as
it is the compulsory part of Practical Training paper I for
both the LL.B. courses. Moreover students are encouraged to
take part in the various moot court competitions and develop
their arguing talent. The inviting and appealing atmosphere
in the special Moot Court room is stimulating to develop the
advocacy skills and other faculties of the students.

Seminars, Workshop and Visits |
| Knowledge is power. To acquire
knowledge of various laws, prominent issues of socio-legal importance
prevailing in the community, along with the faculty members,
experts in the field are invited to participate. You will have
an opportunity to enrich your academic equipment by joining
such events and gain over all development of your personality.
Guest lectures are arranged to speak on important
current issues of socio-legal or political significance to enhance
your disciplinary knowledge and update yourselves. As a part
of Practical Training course students visits are arranged to
the District Court, Family Court, Co-operative Court, Consumer
Forum, Labour Court, Sub Registrar’s Office, Police Stations,
and Prisons as well.
