Training & Placement Cell
To facilitate the summer and final placements we have a dedicated placement cell located in Pune and Mumbai. This placement offices liaison with more than 2000+ industries and corporate houses.

Computer Labs
To facilitate hands on learning for our students we have five state of art computer centers which are equipped with more than 300 P-IV terminals. Students can use this facility from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on all working days.

Internet and Multimedia Lab
The Institute establishes global connectivity through 2 mbps leased line, that provides internet access to the students to keep pace with the latest developments in the corporate world.

Information Technology Centre
We have an exclusive lab in strategic alliance with Gain IT for delivering advanced modules in IT as an additional input to our students.

Language Lab
To improve the communication and spoken English of our students an interactive language lab has been set-up, where the students are enabled to listen to the native speakers of English on Cassettes/CDs and also imbibe the phonetic sounds of the English language. Foreign Languages like German, French, and Japanese are also taught using the language lab facilities on a regular basis.

Institute also runs additional customised courses in computers, in the 'state of art' computer centre, using Online teaching methodology

Our approach to instruction is innovative and comprises a blend of lectures and interactive sessions in which case studies, simulations, management games and real life business situations are analysed and interpreted. Each method is oriented towards achieving the objective of the course and to develop our students as fit product for the industry. The objectives and goals of each programme are as follows:

To encourage students to analyse, interpret and evaluate business problems/ situations.
To provide basic analytical tools required by managers, including fundamental concepts and principles from various functional areas.
To develop skills in using these tools in an imaginative, problem solving capacity.
To create the ability to make and carry out decisions.
To develop basis for dealing effectively with others, both in written and oral communications.
To encourage continuous learning from experience.

To ensure all round development of the students we have a continuous evaluation process in place. Besides academics reinforcement, we encourage students to contribute the fruits of their scholastic and creative endeavours to the college magazine IMPACT, which is an appropriate platform to give vent to their innovative thoughts. Another platform, which enhances the students' managerial ability is the annual Inter B- School Mega Fest SPECTRUM, where the students hone their organising and event management skills.
