Pre-primary section and Std. I: The original Birth Certificate

Std II to Std X:
1)The Leaving Certificate from the last school attended.
2) Progress report of the last qualifying examination.
3)If the student has come on a transfer from another state, the School Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the Education Inspector of the concerned district.
