The very purpose of a library is to freely disseminate knowledge. Our library is therefore operated on a need-based approach rather than the usual rules-based treatment given to students everywhere. We allow open access to the collection and encourage students to browse through the stacks when required. Stocks: Our well stocked library far surpasses the standards prescribed by the university in terms of number of books, reading hall space, illumination and other factors.

Journals: To keep up with the rapid pace of development in computing science and technology, we have subscribed to more than 25 journals of international and national repute.

All round development: With our continued emphasis on all round personality development, we have made it a point to include books on a variety of topics like philosophy, religion, political and social history, biographies of eminent personalities, English and Marathi classical literature, etc. We also have several self-help books on personality development, public speaking, improving English writing, and other similar skills. We have been sanctioned a special budget of a sizable amount to procure non-syllabi books very year.

Automation: Our library is presently being automated and students will be able to browse through the catalogs and put claims on books from any computer in the college campus. Another ambitious feature of this i automation is the capability to see the contents .pages of all books from any terminal on the network. We also plan to hookup a bar-code reader with the i system to speedup circulation operations as students sometimes visit the library for transactions between lectures. Free Internet access will also be provided in the reading room this year.

Some of the most precious time of a students' life is spent within the Institute's campus. So, we have left no stone unturned in making it the best experience in their memories.

To house outstation students, there's a separate hostel for boys and girls. Hostel rooms are spacious, well furnished and duly maintained. The in-house mess caters to the culinary needs of students, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

Nutritious and hygienic food is served to maintain good health of the students. For their utmost convenience, within the campus itself, there's a bank, clinic, public transport, provision stores, PCO, photocopy shop, Internet and many other facilities to meet all day-to-day needs.

There's also a well-maintained playground for outdoor games to keep the students physically fit and to refresh their minds. It's like a whole world inside a campus!
