| The admission procedure followed for making
admission to First year of four years degree course for the
academic year 2005-06 was strictly according to the directives
given by Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State,
Mumbai. (The competent Authority) Accordingly the Entrance Test
(MHT-CET 2005) was conducted by DTE,
M.S. , Mumbai.

The seats allotted to AIEEE were according
to the Competent Authority directives.
- The merit list was prepared by the competent authority.

The allocations were made to the respective
institute as per the admission calendar as per the choice
opted by the students.

The students who did not report to the
respective Institutes within the stipulated time left the
seats vacant to be offered by the admission committee of
the institute to the eligible candidate from the State of
Maharashtra/ out side State of Maharashtra strictly according
to the merit before the last date prescribed by the competent
Authority.

For the academic year 2006-07, the admission
process is being worked out by the competent Authority.
The required data is being sought from the institutes to
finalize the admission process for F.Y.B.Pharm/ S.Y. B.
Pharm 2006-07. The exact details can be availed through
the website of the competent authority.

| Refund of the fees |

The refund of the fees are made according
to the directives published by Director of Tech. Education,
M.S time to time in their website brochure. Our institute follows
the same directives. |
