a) These two Colleges are started by the same Trust for the academic year 2005-06. They have given proposed fees structure of Rs. 1.40 lacs. We have fixed the fees of the Same college is of R. 51,700/- and Rs. 6200/-

b) Taking into consideration that the Institute will not be spending the salary expenditure for 12 months and at the most it would be of 9 to 10 months. We hold that the salary expenditure would be of Rs. 21,00,000/-

c) The depreciation would be about Rs. 3.00 lacs and contingencies would be about Rs. 7.00 lacs for intake of 60 students. Therefore, we declare the fees for the years 2005-06 as Rs. 52,000/- by way of Interim fee and we direct the Institute to file their Audited Statement of Accounts for the financial year 2004-05 before 15th April, 2006 alongwith vouchers and other relevant documents to support their audited statement of accounts and their proposed fee and on the hearing the institute and on scrutiny of them, we will declare the final fee for the year 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08 within one month from the date of filing of the Accounts and documents by the Institute.

It is general practice to ask the students to pay the fees for the year in one & single installment, however depending on the financial position of the student & his academic background it may considered in two installments with an application made to the Principal.

The students from backward class community are offered Govt. of Indian (GOI) scholarship /free ship & the words of Primary teachers are offered the scholarship as applicable according to the Govt. of Maharashtra scholarship scheme. The application form for the scholarship are to be made after confirmation of the admission as per the schedule declared by Social Welfare Department/Department of Education, Govt. of Maharashtra time to time. The institute owe no responsibility for the sanction of the scholarship. The fees paid by the students are refunded after the scholarship is sanctioned & released in favour of the institute. Thus the fees are not waived to any category of the students admitted to the Institute.
