  • To conduct activities for Life science entrepreneurship awareness among science students.

This event will bridge gap between industries, research with academics. Two members each from industry and research institutes will be invited to deliver talks on the recent innovations.

Exhibition for Rocks, Gem stones and Minerals Poster/ Model presentation competition.

This event will create awareness regarding precious stones and minerals present in the earth's crust. Students will be exposed to various structures present in Geological studies. Model and Poster presentation will provide a platform to inculcate competitive spirit in the students.

Hands-on-Workshop on Vermicompost

This is alternative method for chemical fertilizer which has created hazards for planet earth. Training for students will be given for preparation of Vermicompost and Vermiwash in the laboratory.

Hands-on-Workshop on Sericulture

It is cottage based industry. It is a social activity which can provide extra income for the families. Students will be trained for culturing silkworms in laboratory.

One day Workshop on Molecular techniques and bioinstrumentation

Skilful handling techniques have increased the demand for fresh graduates in the industry and research institutes. Students will be provided demonstration of molecular techniques and bioinstrumentation.

Seminar on "GMP/GLP techniques in Industry"

To expose our students for good laboratory practices, a seminar will be organised. Hands-on experiences from industry person will be shared with the students.

Science Day Exhibition and Guest Lecture on "Modern trends in Chemistry"

An exhibition will be arranged with a laboratory visit for students from junior colleges. This will allow branding of our graduate courses in the campus colleges.
